PhD in History of Culture, from the University of Coimbra, teacher coordinator at the Polytechnic of Coimbra, at the Higher School of Education, and integrated researcher at inED – Center for Research and Innovation in Education. He has focused his research on the field of education, with a special focus on the History of Education, addressing topics within the scope of educational policies, the training of educators and teachers, early childhood education, innovation in education, the use of technologies in education and education for peace.
